In order to successfully undergo strength training, you will need to be armed with the right artillery, so to speak. A good place to start with is some time in a gym, either your own home-based type, or the commercial kind. There are several things that one would need for a good workout and with applied pears, the type that are filled up to a half with water, then topped off with some air, no one will be able to argue the results of a good session of training.
It is very convenient to train with ramming a pear of large size, one that is 60-70 cm in length, with a diameter of 30-40 cm, will do nicely. It is desirable to have five or six pears of varying size and weight. Another nice option is the Pear with a spring.
The shell of these consists of a cast-iron platform, mounted on the floor, which at a height of 165-175 cm has a steel spring attached with a 4-5 cm diameter. On top of the spring is attached a pear, wider side up. The pear leans to one side and returns to its original position when hit.
With this projectile boxers improve for direct and side impacts, but you will use it to add agility to your strength. The ball of rubber is another nice option for this type of training. The top and bottom of the ball has leather hinges, which are attached to the streamers.
Typically, it is desirable that the upper portion stretches, and the bottom maintains a constant size. The ball, after hitting, will move in a horizontal direction. To improve the impact, the bottom of such a ball is attached to short horizontal braces.
The suspended tennis ball is another gym favorite. The tennis ball, comes with a wheel, with a nylon cord attached to a circular shield made of boards with thickness 30 mm and a diameter of 1.5-2 m. Auxiliary equipment and ammunition is also a good thing to have in your training artillery.
The hoist is one such option, for some serious burst power. You attach to the wall a rack with power through using ropes, to one end of the rope is attached cargo, like disks or rods with different masses, and to the other a handle is fastened, which is taken in hand and the weights are pulled up. This is for strength training, as well as helping to develop endurance.
